I’m having the same issue. Is this a bug? Or is the only way to upgrade glad neck pieces the storm-charged manipulator sold by evantkis next to the vault?

Same issue here. It tells me that the Crimson Gladiator’s Necklace “Can’t be modified”. It still allows me to upgrade my old honor piece though. Help us Blizzard gods :<

This is still bugged and I’m quite concerned that it hasn’t been fixed yet. How is this even possible?

I’ve had a ticket open since tuesday that has been responded to by bots twice, and not at all by a human. Seems kinda ludicrous it hasn’t been fixed considering how simple it would be. Annoyed they think a bot sending me to forums can help me when clearly it’s a bug with glad necklaces, and my ticket hasn’t even been looked at.

At this point I guess I’m just going to buy a new necklace because the conquest is uncapped. Hopefully the same issue doesn’t arise.
Apparently this is the only solution and what I had to do as well
