I got KSH, but there aren’t extra glows for the tier shoulders even thought extra tier shoulder skins were added to my collection. They look identical. Is there something I’m overlooking?
You also don’t get any stone to unlock mythic/elite variant for all other tints from reaching duelist anymore. It seems like it’s locked to only mythic and elite sets this season without any warning.
You get an extra catalyst charge versus a stone that people weren’t using.

I also got KSH but couldn’t tell the difference between the shoulders. Maybe, I just don’t have the right ones but it’s pretty disappointing as TMOG is the true endgame.

It’s not behind elite either, it’s only giving tabard and title right now. Bugged ? They changed rewards also this season btw, pvp enchant is now 2k not 2.1k. I tought they did the same for the stone upgrade to be down from 2.4K to 2.1k to make it equivalent in difficulty to the pve source.
Well everything online says should be elite. If you havent gotten the item make a ticket or bug report.
I’ve also noticed a lack in difference between the mythic/elite version and the rest of the versions of the set. Like, based on the tmog outfit preview, the only thing I can possibly see different is that the mythic/elite helm has a “spark” particle effect, whereas the rest do not. However, the shoulders also have this spark particle effect but it’s present on all variations.
You would think that they’d reserve the glowing aura on the wing motifs of the helm and shoulders as the mythic/elite special effect, but nope! I guess I’m happy the sets look really cool baseline, but I wish there was more pizazz.

Yeah I noticed Paladin is the only set that there’s no visual changes on the shoulders. Also, the heroic set it bugged.
Might be designed that way. The vault of the incarnates s1 tier for monks also lacks a second version with extra effects. Only helmet has them. That would suck if it is intended.
Are you sure? I’m pretty sure my monk has a version with the lighting effects on the shoulders and one without.
The odd thing is that the shoulder glow is baseline, but we still get a second set of shoulder skins to choose from. Work done by unpaid interns no doubt.

i know it’s a bug, but i like having the extra glow on my gloves and belt for the heroic set, lol.
It’s the chest piece that adds the glow for some reason, fyi. Take it off and it goes away.
As for the OP, I also wish there was a difference in the shoulders, not sure why they bothered adding the extra mog for shoulders with no change. The helm change looks cool though, more flame 
I dont. I have the stone that gives extra appereances and my monk only has one not two.
You usually have to log out/in after using the item that gives you the appearances, then the mogs show up in your list.
I think the glow is cool too and honestly it SHOULD be the Mythic variation that should be added. But yeah I don’t have high hopes. Blizzard will probably just fix it and enver add anything to the shoulders.
