For now, Tier set for disc is nonsense in M+ especially 4 set. The triger of 4 set need to be change because no one can use the 4set now. If the shield is still there or the insurance is not popped, that means he don’t need hard ST heal and aton can heal him slowly 15% buff is nosense. But when we need that 15%, shield is broken amd insurance is popped which means no buff. It will be kind change the trigger for that to x sec after shiled is totally absorbed or insurance is popped.
