While playing fel-scarred on vdh: When the proc from the 2-set bonus is active - metamorphosis no longer resets the cooldown of fel dev or sigil of flame.
Is this intended? If so, it feels really really bad.

For Vengeance Demon Hunters in The War Within Season 2, our set bonus grants us random uptime on Metamorphosis and a damage bonus, along with a chance to reset The Hunt. Note that this auto-cast of Metamorphosis does not grant bonus Demonsurge procs if playing Fel-Scarred.
It doesnt work like you think it does. All it does it give us the demon form like using fel dev.

However if you cast meta without a 2-set proc - both sigil of flame and fel dev get their cooldown reset (allowing demon surge to be cast)
When you cast meta WITH a 2-set proc - neither sigil of flame nor fel dev get their cooldown reset (not allowing demon surge to be cast)
Oh, so you’re saying in the context of the Set-derived Meta proc being active that actually using Meta itself will not give the intended resets?
Yeah, that’s probably a bug.
Yeah, there’s quite a few bugs with it. I’ve popped meta and hadn’t used all my charges of the SoF reset yet. 2-pc will proc and my empowered sigil and IA will go back to normal version.
Sometimes you’ll get a free meta out of things as well. The 2-pc’s interaction with FS is wonky af atm.
