Blizz, our 2pc tier is once again underperforming by ~30% in this week’s awakened raid.
Please fix this ASAP, it’s frustrating that this is repeatedly happening.

Yep I was wondering wtf happened in my logs from aberrus to amirdrassil and then saw preheat talking about it and compared my logs. Im on average losing around 30% dps from obsidian shards lmao
Tier functionality is tied to the color of your scales. Only pink dragons with white stripes are safe

Nope, now that my raids are done I’m sure it’ll be fixed tomorrow lol.
Wondering if this is some sort of stealth nerf since we were performing well for once.

I’ve noticed it’s bugged in dungeons too. I was doing 430k+ overall and 700-1.5mil on a pull, with 425-500 on a boss, and now im doing 30-50% of that and I have BETTER gear than I did before.
Idk, it’s been confirmed working in dungeons and I haven’t noticed that, I’d submit a bug report if you have the log data to show it.
The set works in dungeons, its disintegrate in awakened raids thats not working correctly, obsidian shards is doing 30% less from disintegrate. It should be 14-15% of our damage in st, its doing currenly 8-9% in raid. Blizz fix your game, already had this bug week one in vault.
Oh they know HOW it’s broken, because it was the same bug two weeks ago lol.
They just have a skeleton crew and introduced an actual ton of bugs this week and clearly don’t care to prioritize this.
Hopefully it’s fixed by the time Amird comes back around, but at least we’re doing fine either way.
Hm. Was curious so I checked my own logs, was weird conparing Kazzara to Volocross when I gained ilvls, only for Obsidian Shards to do 25% of my total disintegrate damage on Volocross (45% 4pc uptime/32% DR uptime) when it did 41% of my disintegrate damage on Kazzara (43% 4pc uptime/28% DR uptime).
Good times.

To be fair, this is something that would fall pretty low on priority compared to some of the other bugs that have come out from this tuesday’s update.
If you want them to fix it, submit a bug report in game or post in the bug report thread. QA likely isn’t going to read the class forums to verify bugs.
To be fair, I work in SaaS and it’s not the customer’s fault when you ship a bad update. Especially when a previous build had the same bug and instead of thinking down the line when fixing it the first time, you just didn’t so much as even verbally acknowledge it when it happens again.
I think most of us understand that things happen and companies have to prioritize fixing them.
That doesn’t make almost a week of radio silence about it okay. If it’s a longer fix or there’s something stopping them from getting to it, a simple update and explanation/raodmap goes a very long way.
