Why hit the swap spec button if you can literally solo queue role as a healer? If they don’t want you healing, take the option away.

That’s kind of a mistake I think. You can’t say it’s solo content while also making it almost impossible to solo

when did they make it almost impossible to solo? i did a tier 8 a couple minutes ago without any deaths or problems. they must have just hotfixed it in the last 2-3 minutes

You used a self healing tank.
How are you on the community council making troll posts like this. They said they wanted to play healer, and Blizzard advertised these as solo content for any spec. Their concern is justified and downplaying that concern is not helping the community.

meanwhile im running 8s on my 580 hunter with no problems and same for my 590 warrior…
also delves dont scale with groups. you can bum rush em with friends
I had no problems with a 7, but then another I couldn’t kill the boss (Waterworks). Brann was tossing the healing potions into the poison on the ground.
It’s actually pretty funny, but frustrating at the same time.

unironically thinking being able to solo means you can play as a healer and clear it.
Its bad game design if you can’t play the way you want and still have fun.

Welcome to WoW where healer mains constantly get screwed over.
Also don’t expect much support from the forums people make up excuses to defend the “triple A” studio and claim that healers exclusively should have to go out of the way to collect a second set of gear for a DPS spec to playthe game.

They seemed to lead people to believe that bran would be a replacement for the main dps or healing of a group. That is obviously not the case, and its upsetting some people.

Just finished an 8, and did so without dying once as an unholy dk. 578 ilvl. It’s doable and you don’t have to be a sweat. Just don’t stand in bad and interrupt lol.
a demo lock is a self healing tank? interesting!
Can wait until next week when they are increasing all HP/damage 75% on tier 3 and above.
get real man. nodody in their right minds expect trolls think they can get through content as a healer class. bran is there as basic dmg help or heals not there to completely cover you for heals or dps. the guy is refusing to switch to dps as a crutch and to make a problem out of it. also the delves are easily done in a group. so hes playing healer and being stuborn about grouping too ? whos he healing then? his ai partners?
During interviews and advertisements of the game they very clearly said you could run these solo as a healer and rely on bran. I personally wouldn’t try it as a healer, but they said it was a feature. Cant blame someone for feeling lied to.
Yea the excuse making is tiring.

Healing in an inherently “groupy” role.
Beating content requires killing the enemies. If you’re the healer, then who is killing the enemies?
So I strongly advise against trying to solo Delves as a healer. If you want to Solo a Delve, you should change specs for it. And if you really really want to be a healer, then get a friend to help you and heal them.
Yes. It doesn’t mean bad players or easy mode though . Casuals/solo players want challenging content too.
If you can’t get out of a well telegraphed mechanic then there is nothing left to say
ironically the best way to do delves which were marketed by blizz as solo friendly content, are to do them in a group. you just cant make this stuff up…
