Tier 5 Delves = 1 shots? I'm done. No thank you

Except they’re NOT difficult.

What’s happening here is that bad players are complaining that other people are doing content they are incapable of doing.

Just as we predicted, when delves were announced. It’s like a repeating record.

I feel like we’d be lying to ourselves if healer specs were really meant for anything else but group content anyways.

I’ve done a bunch of 3s. I’m already seeing myself reaching a ilvl wall. There is some skill and strategy involved.

Visions were much more stressful with the issue of orbs and so many groups not understanding the simple use of them

I’m all for solo stuff

MT also had plenty of one shots.

(I also wonder how many people ‘having difficulty’ don’t have a level 15 Brann…)

think they will become self aware after a endgame pillar specifically designed for them to progress through shows them they are bad at the game? or you think they will still just blame others for it?

There can only be one Champion

I did t8 at 577. As long as you pay attention to mechanics and interrupt any buffs, it’s really not all that bad.

Spores one shot for sure though, even plate dps, at t8.

Hang on, what’s happening with your avatar? :dracthyr_nervous_animated:

Telling you it scales and that it’s meant for solo to five people just like Torghast and Horrific Visions is factual information.

If you have to act immature and play some “I’m winning” game, then you cannot be taken seriously.

You’re right and I misspoke. What I mean to say is relying on one shot mechanics as the basis of “challenge” is just lazy and bad design. Normal mobs dealing 600k damage and then calling it a day is “challenging solo content”, while leaving the door open to five man parties to do the same content, is silly.

Actual challenging solo content requires some degree of skill to design. I simply don’t believe the company has that on their development team anymore. So it’s just turn the knob to the right and increase damage and call it a day.

Meanwhile, all you have to do is roll a tank and you’re fine. It’s just lazily designed.

Off the subject, but I’m actually impressed I did the new Pandaria like Proving Grounds the first try.

It’s the right amount of challenge

Also the empowered delves rotate every day, yes?

If you can’t move out of the green circles in the fungus one, do the other 3 and wait to do more tomorrow when fungus rotates out.

Mythic completion statistics tell a different story. There are many, many more people who aren’t up to the challenges in modern WoW, than people who are.

You’re the minority whether you like it or not.

People are perfectly capable of playing the game. They’re just used to not having to play, because they know if they complain, Blizzard will just give them everything without having to play.

Blizzard research was already posted for you and why Delves are the way they are.

And my comment went over your head. Probably better that way.

When has this ever happened? The game is getting harder, not easier.

People are too impatient and refuse to accept they need to earn their gear in 5-8 tier.

Pretty much the eternal cycle of WoW

  • content is created
  • cazuals (which actually means noobs) come in and feel entitled to clear it
  • it becomes too easy over time because it caters to nubs (like questing used to be harder)
  • blizz has to make another form of content thats harder because everything is ez
  • casuals take over
  • repeat indefinitely

happened to every single form of content in the game pretty much except raids. because nobody likes raids they got easier I guess. mythic+ was originally supposed to be for those that mastered the dungeon to do time trial scores on. it became infested with casuals pulling everything on lower keys.

No. You don’t mean earn. You mean skill. You don’t even mean earned skill, you mean reaction time.

At least use the proper words. But it would sound bad if you said, “I was born with better reaction time than you so I deserve more of things I pay the same for.”
