Anyone knows what lvl a toon has to be to be able to craft tier 3 gear ? I ve done it on my main. Can injust create a lvl 1 rogue and get the rogue tier 3 ?

You need bop items that you can only get in naxx, far as I can remember. So no, you can’t just make a level 1 alt. Whatever is the lowest level you can enter naxx is probably the minimum.

Theoretically, I don’t believe there is a limit. Practically, you’ll need to be level 10 in order to create a work order, since that’s the earliest you can reach the artisan’s consortium without some level of warlock teleportation shenanigans, any allied race and Dracthyr (for non-evokers) start at level 10, and excluding the earthen which I haven’t logged into yet, they are able to immediately teleport to the faction capital at the embassy next to Chromie.
There’s actually no BoP items. Phylacterweave initially was, however that was fixed fairly quickly to be account bound (now warbound). Everything else was either account-bound (the lamented crusader pieces with the crafting material imbued into them) or not bound (frozen runes, the blue squares off of mobs, etc)
There’s a character limit, so many people will type /10char to buffer their response enough to meet that limit.
