What are you talking about? They are certainly making Resto worse in Midnight but what does Tidal waves have to do with it? Between Tidal waves and Coalescing waters you want to be casting Riptide and Healing wave frequently or you are losing out on procs. The faster casts of Healing wave are also very nice in PvP. I’m very glad Tidal Waves is back.
