i am able to play all my characters besides the few i have on tich. is that happening to others as well?

cannot log into any of my characters (all on tich)

I am hoping sooner rather than later. I am itching to open my vault 
I was able to log into Gurubashi easily, but none of my Tich Characters can log in as well.
Every time I wait it out i get disconnected as well.
going on an hour wait to login, tich is bugged on Valdrakken
I have 13 Toons on Tich and I cannot log onto a single one of them. Absolutely annoying seeing as everyone on my battle.net seems to be playing on their servers just fine.
