Title says it all. Blank character screen following disconnect. Can load other servers fine.

I haven’t been able to play much lately… when I do have time to play the server is completely scuffed.
How does one get a refund? 
I love when I’m about to time a key and then disconnect because of garbage servers, then can’t log back in for 5 mins and we don’t time the key because of it. Really great experience.
