one reduces the CD by 30 seconds, not bad I suppose making it a 1 min cd instead of 1.5
But the other… increases the bleed by 2 seconds, and increases all bleed damage by 20%. That is significant for arms. Why would I ever pick the 30sec reduced cd? I really wish the other cap stone had the built in knock down. I really enjoyed the night fae skill it is based on.
Warrior has too many 1.5 minute Cds. Especially now that Ravager is 1.5 as well. Thunderous Roar adds to that problem w/o the capstone.
Personally, I like 20-45 second CDs, because it gives me something to do outside of my normal rotation while I wait on burst. Dragon Roar currently fits this design, but it’s now had a baby with Ancient Aftershock to birth Thunderous Roar.
I hope they make Thunderous Roar a 25/30 second CD and adjust its damage accordingly. The 1.5 minute version could be a capstone option under it.
I suppose I see your point. Overall I feel like I would still gain way more damage output from the other option though, making the 30sec cd reduction DOA.
The Thuderous Roar alpha preview where it could be talented into a knockdown would have been fantastic. Sadly gone

Why not just grab both? Current tree lets you since they aren’t choice nodes anymore
tbh the 30 second reduction seems like something that would be pretty worthless for fury since it would detach it from reck, odyns fury, and avatar. You would probably just end up holding it to line them up.

Because the people being responded to it probably aren’t invested the conversation anymore, and because observations made 2 years ago are not necessarily relevant today (e.g. both Uproar and Words effects have changed since the start of DF).
I think it needs to be the same 1.5min cd that spear has to line with our other 1.5min cds and adjust the damage for starter. Because currently it doesnt line well and feels clunky

Uproar reduces it to 45s, which is exactly half and therefore still lines up perfectly.

Half of 90 is 45, for every Avatar and Reck you cast you get 2 casts of Roar if talented.
It lines up naturally unless you mess up.
to combo with :
45s CD that grants avatar too with titans torment.
