I completed the Thunderfury quest by turning in 10x Elementium Bars, both Bindings, and the Essence of the Firelord. However, in the Thunderaan raid in Season of Discovery, only one Dormant Blade dropped, which went to another player. Now, I no longer have the quest in my log, nor do I have any of the items (bindings, essence, or bars), and I am without Thunderfury. This feels like an oversight as multiple people on the same quest should not lose progress if a raid boss only drops one required item.
Steps to Reproduce
- Complete the turn-in of the Thunderfury prerequisite quests.
- Participate in the Thunderaan raid with another player on the same part of the quest line.
- Observe that only one Dormant Blade drops, and the other player does not receive the item or any further progression.
Expected Result
Each eligible player on the quest should receive a Dormant Blade.
Actual Result
I lost all my quest items, did not receive the Dormant Blade, and cannot complete Thunderfury as there is not even a quest in my log at this part of the line nor any dialogue on the NPC associated with this quest line.
