If I purchase this tabard and wear it while completing max level dungeons, raids, and mythic + runs will it award rep for Thunder Bluff?
It will, but only dungeon bosses give rep. Not the trash and raids give nothing. I think it’s 250 or 300 per boss. Spam running Botanica is a lot faster.
If you want to level rep quickly, go run the Tempest Keep 5-mans. They’re full of mobs and aren’t spread out. I believe Mechanar is the best but all 3 are good.

Really? I wonder why. The older dungeons everything give rep. Bosses obviously more though.
I’m not really sure. Reps are kind of weird for those faction tabards. BfA dungeons only work for bosses. BC and Wrath give tons of rep, trash included, they’re best to farm by far. Vanilla and the others have greatly reduced gains for some reason. Who can say.

I’ll give these 2 a try and just spam run them. I need a bunch of rep to work on getting my heritage armor set 
It really is weird. I could understand the dungeons in the previous expansion not giving rep for factions in later ones.
I like to focus on heroics or mythics that drop transmogs, pets or mounts I am also after.
