How long did it take to get your code emailed to you. It’s been 9 days since I purchased something and I still haven’t received my code.
Did you get a confirmation email from Blizzard Gear telling you that you’d receive the code in 5 days ? If you did you may need to contact them and find out if there’s a problem.
The whole experience for me:
Placed order for a plush pet on 3/15 from Blizzard Gear store. Note that this is NOT same as the Blizzard shop you can access within the game.
Got email right away confirming the purchase. Then another email about 5 minutes later telling me I’d get my code emailed in 5 days.
3/20, got email with code as promised. Have Thrrrdgl following me around right now.
I found the e-mail. I didn’t realize it would be in the spam folder. =P
