I’ve been stuck here for days. I’ve watched all the playthrough videos. I’ve killed the required character fast and slow. No matter what, I can’t loot him at all. Nothing works. I’m so confused. I even had my husband play it through and he can’t get it to work either. Did anyone else have this problem? I’ve probably killed this guy 50 times now, I’ve even killed the demon first just to see if that was the problem. Nothing works. I’ve even kept my bags open to see if anything just showed up in there. I don’t know what to do. I submitted a ticket, but got no response after days.
