Throw Glaive Not Lethal with Fodder to the Flame as Vegeance

Throw Glaive is only hitting for 50% against summon demons via Fodder to the Flame when I’m Vengeance. It hits for 100% when I’m Havoc. The description of the ability seems to indicate it should kill them in one hit as either spec.

I’m getting the same issue, taking two glaves to kill the summoned demon.

Same here, 12 days later from this post. It varies in how much damage it does but it’s pretty much never a one shot kill as vengeance at level 70. Sometimes it’s 50 percent, sometimes it lowers mob to a few hp, but that’s the best it ever does. Ruins the effectiveness of this as a skill, but adds the demon annoyance.

This is still an issue. Loads of classes have received hotfixes for their broken talents. We seem to be the only spec from the original known issues list that hasn’t been touched.

Wondering if this is intentional - it really makes me question the viability of this talent as a tank. I need to use 2, sometimes 3 GCDs to kill the demon which can be really dangerous in m+.

No way this is intentional. The talent is TOO good not to use, but my god it’s fricking annoying to waste 2 GCDs on killing your demon.

Still Broken. I’m even having times where is says “miss” and doesn’t hit the summoned demon at all.

Just bumping thread to get more eyes issue has been annoying sense Shadowlands! It’s an easy fix take out HP scaling with the demon, that is why it works for Havoc but not vengeance.

I think they finally fixed this in 10.1! I’ve been seeing a lot of demons die in 1 throw. I didn’t see this anywhere in patch notes though.

Yep! Ever since 10.1, Fodder to the Flame demons FINALLY gets one-shot even as Ven-DH.

Weird to have not gotten it resolved when Blizz said they did months ago, and upon actually fixing the bug since this week, no word on it lol
