Soloing ToT. All bosses dead. Lei Shen won’t spawn. Anyone know why?
Is that the last boss? He’s only there on heroic.
I’m on heroic. Standing on platform with Static Shock Conduits he’s supposed to be on
Lei Shen should be there regardless. I think you’re thinking of Ra’den.
As for the issue, try running out and resetting it, then running back in. See if that helps.

So far /reloaded and jumped to death and still nothing

Oh yeah. You’re right. Sounds like a bugged raid then. Maybe rezone?
Ive noticed in the old raids if you kill things to quick the raid bugs out. Esp MOP ones for me. I now just sort of slowing pull small groups instead of whole room.

The main boss in pandaland that is notorious for this is the klaxxi in SoO. You have to be reeeeeeeally careful to not kill them fast. Worst part is, you can’t reset the fight and you’re trapped inside the room.

Try leaving the raid and staying out for at least 30 minutes.
Try killing the trash between the Consorts and the teleportation pad. Lei Shen usually spawns when I finish off the third pair of royal guards.
He’s probably afraid.
Seeing some lone rando farting your entire army into oblivion would do that.
You need to pet all the snails first.
You just have to wait for them to finish their dialogue before you click on the amber. Killing them fast doesn’t bug them out from what i’ve experienced everytime I have ran SoO.
