Does Arcane Power stack with the 31-point Discipline Priest talent “Power Infusion” ?
Any resources that display buff interactions/exclusions?

No. They nerfed it a long time ago in classic. Along with trinket stacking. You can use them one after the other to basically get a longer duration of power spike. But, using them at the same time is pointless as they don’t stack.

Power Infusion and Arcane Power do not stack. I remember being dissapointed when I got power infused and popped all cooldowns, just to see that my arcane power replaced the power infusion.
In general, buffs that do the same thing don’t stack in vanilla. For example Arcane intellect doesn’t stack with the intellect scroll.
I’m not aware of a resource that spells everything out though.

ToEP + ZHC did stack at one point but I’m not sure that AP and PI ever did.
WoW uses the same rules as D&D, same type of bonuses do not stack.

You think a power infused Shaman would outburst a 3 Min Mage?
Possibly but then you have to always have a priest around, whereas 3 Min Mage can just do his thing with no help.
Theres videos of a ele sham in wsg trying to max out his crits. A warrior grabs the Bloodlust buff, is in berserker stance, and pops recklessness all while the shaman uses every buff possible to blow him up.
Found it! Over 25k crits haha! I was wrong about the wsg part so maybe you could actually get higher than this video!

Eh, yeah.
Near the end they were nerfing things that stacked or gave you strange advantages.
Your arcane power is always with you. The priest with infusion is not. Assuming you have both, you can just use them separately, rather than trying to stack. But you don’t typically raid with arcane power. 31/0/20 is technically higher damage than full frost (assuming other people do chill for you), but you’re passing up the amazing survival perks of ice block and ice barrier. “I got hit with the baron bomb, oh no” [ice block] “it’s gone”

Also the reason that PI is involved, as we always have a priest with us.

Oh hell no. I’m not even considering a Mage. Ever. Rogue or Hunter alt, sure, but no “magic.”.
No Harry Potter/Merlin/Gandalf sorcery garbage going on here… It’s for a friend. A FRIEND.

Neither is parry being more effective than blocking with a shield. We live with what we have.
But hunters use magic.

I can understand the confusion. When you have the extra 30% damage, you just want to blow **** up.
