It’s been three days since I put in a support ticket for help getting back into my account, but all I’ve heard back is a computer generated response from whatever out chatbot replaced the customer service people… I really really like to play the celebration event some more, play with my friends clearing the revamped raid, and start the new Secrets of Azeroth thing that started today, but Blizzard is apparently too busy with any other than assisting their paying customers with issues. If anything is a sure-fire way to get player to quit, it’s this incompetent buffoonery. Oh well, I’ll chargeback all recent [purchases I made to Blizzard and leave this show to the clowns it is designed for now. I’m always quick to say “don’t let the door hit you on the way out” on threads like these, but for me I know that won’t be an issue. “No king rules forever, Blizzard.” -Kiofea
Weekends take twice as long as weekdays as they get flooded with more tickets. Thats to be expected from any game.
They don’t use AI tools for that, the GMs are the ones who review tickets. That said, it takes time.
I would discourage committing fraud, especially after declaring it.
You mind as well cancel it, support these days just tell you to goto wowhead, and dont actually do anything to your account
Yeah…I hope you’re never planning on coming back. Blizzard doesn’t play well with charge backs…and now that they are part of big papa Microsoft, who knows how far that goes.
Imagine being blacklisted from using all of Microsoft Office and Onedrive.
How did you lose your account. I feel there is more to the story.
