Not memeing. I don’t like having to wait three days for more WQ.
I’d just like more to run around and do when I feel like it. Grinding mobs for rep farms is a good thing to have as an option, but I’ve done that option till I can’t really take it anymore. So I would really like to see WQ frequency increased. At least to a day, if not just the old WQ of a few hours.
3 day world quests are amazing. You are wrong and should feel bad for being so wrong. It’s nice not having that daily chore list where if you don’t complete it you fall further and further behind/
Behind what?
You can grind out the reps now without world quests. If you need the rep to not fall behind… youre behind already.
If not rep then what?
There is no player power tied to world quests so its not that either.
So what would you be behind on?
this thread has gotta be bait.
Agree completely with you OP. Some people may love not “having” to do these daily but I like being able to “choose” to do them when I want and have more to do the next day. And if I don’t want to do them I don’t. But if Blizz wants to give me less to do so I log in less and not play their game, well shucks, I guess I’ll do something else lol.
I would unsub but im a moron who had faith in blizzard to not ruin the thing i enjoyed most in the game. Especially not to the point where i have no content 5 days a week.
So im the proud owner of a 1 year sub.
Yaaaaay…
Sadly I’m in the same boat. Having to wait on a three day rotation to knock out a hand full of world quests is asinine. I was at least hoping that M+ could tide me over through season one but they made my main (boomkin) clunky and unpleasant to play compared to previous versions. Add to that boomkins damage in M+ looks to be lower tier and I just don’t know. Maybe if our damage was way better I could overlook the change in playstyle. The more I play DF the less I want to log in. RIP me buying that 1 year.
Make an alt. 3 day WQs are great for people who don’t play the game like it’s a job. If you have that much free time, just play more characters.
I would hardly say that if you like to play the game for a couple of hours more than once every 3 days you play the game like a job.
I’ll just say that having WQs refresh every day doesn’t mean you actually have to do them every day. You can still absolutely treat this game as a game, not a job. You’re not actually going to be “behind” anyone, & if you’re approaching the game that way, I think you need to re-think.
I’m in favor of removing that timer.
Well, I usually get about 3 hours a day. If I am raiding, that takes up those 3 hours. Or doing dungeons. On off nights, I can do stuff like WQs. You know how many WQs I have had to miss out on due to time? A lot. At least now I have a chance to not miss them.
I dont raid or do dungeons.
World content is my end game.
Now thats been ruined.
And why? So that people who dont like doing world quests each day can get a rep mount faster than they would otherwise?
Seems a very unfair trade imo
WoW Customers: “I hate that there are so many dailies and endgame WoW feels like having a second job.”
Blizzard: “Ok, We’ll ease up on it.”
WoW Customers: “WTF is this timegating bull****!”
Then go do that instead of complaining about 3 day wq’s. Same concept but not on a timer.
Not even close to the same concept.
They are very very very different activities
It’s not. You are just being a chronic complainer at this point.
You do know more “world content” is coming right? Like those elemental invasion things. They just haven’t started yet. There’s world content outside of world quests
Not at all.
How is going all over the map looking for treasures non stop for hours the same as doing things like the rock climbing or pokemon snap activities?
This is a bad take.
As someone who did nothing but world quest before. They took way to much of my time.
We have plenty of other things to do. World quest should just be a bonus thing to do.
At 325 achievement points you have almost 20 years worth of world content to play with.
