Blizzard accounts for nothing they designed such rotations for top players for everyone else it wasn’t “fun” it was work.
What combination if you want fun and everyone else to play the game you make the rotation less complicate if you want to play piano go and play piano.
Nobody gave a damn about the story back then you didn’t even reply. Just go and google and research WC3 sales vs WoW peek in wrath. Lichking was great and all but in the end it was a collective hype for even people that never had anything to do with the WC universe.
Also compared to any other game WoW in 2004 was a technical hit, way better then anything else at that time.
