Because if the nightborne racial affected poisons (it doesn’t because I think nature damage is considered elemental not magical) it would be higher that third last for all races simming for sin.
Even if it actually does affect poisons it’s so limited that it’s a dps loss as night borne are the second to last In racial rankings.

I made some class trials to double check. The 1% does seem to increase poison damage. But, it’s only 1%. I mean, that’s not going to make a huge difference. 
If it does it’s not even a 1% bonus considering poison damage is pretty low.
Definitely. Even as Subtlety with all the shadow damage, it’s pretty insignificant.
