Hi!
You posted this in the WoW Classic section of the forums. WoW Classic is WoW Vanilla just as it existed 19 years ago.
You are, however, playing the Retail version of WoW. Exile’s Reach starter zone is the dead giveaway there. 
You might try posting in the Retail section of the forums for better responses.
