Hey, I am super interested in talking to you. We are 2/8M and just started progression on Zek'voz, got him to 44% thursday. Once we get him into P2 with everyone alive, he will die. We are in need of exceptional DPS. We raid wed/thurs 9p-11:30p EST. My btag is Timmay#1323

8/8H in Uldir and 360 ilvl is an absolute minimum requirement. We are also looking for additional officers and raid leads.

<Evade> is currently a small group (12-16 peeps) that likes to have fun. We are currently 8/8 H. We believe in letting people play what they want to play class wise even if that class is "not the best" this tier. Most of us have been playing with each other since Vanilla, have left, and come back a year later. We would like to get into Mythic Raiding and interested in finding the right people.

Recruiting for my leader while he is out, but since there has been no traction and no one in the guild is helping (down to just 2-4 people active)... Yeah I am not sure why I bother. I am still looking for potentially moving to a new guild or being a guest raider if people will have me though.
Seems a lot of guilds like the one I'm in, people just lost interest in Uldir and the guild just dries out.
And to try to meet better needs, I've been looking to switching mains as well since ret doesn't seem to have much place. At least all the other recruitment threads I have seen do not seem to want a ret pally or list them as a need. It's usually RDPS, DH, etc.
Makes me wonder what is really in demand since I can (and will) adjust if need be for a new class.
As for everyone who has posted in the thread so far, I will get to you guys soon. been a bit caught up with work life.

- Contributions: Flasks, Feasts, Pots, and Vantus Runes are provided via the guild bank, all we ask is that you help out wherever you can whether it be mats or gold.
- Friendliness: Nobody likes a jerk
- HAVE FUN: At the end of the day this is a game

We also expect you to be responsible for getting your M+ Keys cleared, but we have several teams running per week. You are welcome to come hang out for those as well! We are somewhat successfully trying to get together a solid guild RBG team, which is alternately hilarious, easy and frustrating all at the same time. You are welcome to try out for that as well.
Overall, we are a team of people that love to laugh, care about each other and really want to see each other succeed.
