As Thrall changed class from shaman to warrior, I think this is grounds for the implementation of a character class change service. If it’s good enough for the former Warchief, it’s good enough for our characters. This would be a great boon for RP throughout a character’s life as well. If this was available years ago, I would never had deleted my Orc hunter Dorca and recreated him as a mage during Catalysm when a failed goblin experiment gave him super-intelligence. I would not have had to delete my Draenei shaman and priest with maximum profession skills to recreate them to trade classes with each other. What does everyone think?

Well to be fair, a Shaman is a Warrior but with RGB lights. Thrall simply ran out of juice.
To me it should be Anduin’s class change service. He swaps between Paladin and Priest all the time.

Agreed, being able to swap and level a different class from 1 would be splendid.
Do you know who I am!? I am no ordinary Joe. I defeated the dark god Sargeras! Thrall handed ME the Doomhammer because I was more worthy than him to wield it. I could go on and on. I played WoW since I started in Wrath.

Actually, the Titans handled Sargeras, we handled Argus (albeit with the help of an army, an army’s-worth of supercharged legendary weapons, numerous empowerments from the raw energy of Light and Void, and direct empowerment/intervention from the Titans (who were the sole reason we could even survive several mechanics))

Major NPC heroes can do things us peons can only dream of.
- Thrall could change class.
- Jaina can cast Arcane Broadside which looks a million times more epic than anything ordinary PC mages can cast.
- That little guy at the arena near Icecrown Citadel could summon Jaraxxus. Way more impressive than anything PC warlocks can summon.
… and so on.

I don’t think it would be necessary. You could always boost another character as a different class but the same race. Really the only thing you would keep is the name.

Pretty sure warlocks can summon Jaraxxus and that guy from Karazhan.
Major NPCs are multiclass.
Anduin is a Priest/Warrior (but not a paladin), Sylvannas was a ranger/rogue/warrior/warlock and whatever the plot required. Baine was a cushion.
Why you gotta do Baine like that, it isn’t his fault he gets written in such a way as to say “go stand in that corner over there”.
Jaraxxus’ summoning circle was 50’ wide.
Nope… PC warlocks can’t do anything like that.
