Has it been confirmed that Thrall is no longer a shaman? I swear I saw him using shamanistic powers in Legion, which is a while past his run in with the elements and Garrosh in WoD.
I was kinda hoping for a supercharged lighting death beast in Shadowlands but no, whirlwind boi has arrived.

Anduin is both a Priest and a Paladin.
Tyrande is both a Priest and a Hunter.
Why do people act like lore figures having more than one class is something new?
I think Blizzard is going to send Thrall to the great zug zug in the sky.

In legion doomhammer “slip” out of thrall hand for some reason. It’s still kinda unknown if the elements abandoned him but he called it quit after that.

Actually I think Anduin is travelling the road of the original Paladins. I mean not gonna put too much stock in that to Horde he is labelled as “Stormwind Paladin” but I think that’s the argument.
If I recall correctly Alonsus Faol originally wanted to make priests into Paladins but most Priests did not have the Warrior talents he was looking for.
But in regards to your multiclass post… Anduin could be said to be a Priest and Warrior… to become a Paladin.
And Tyrande has skill points in Priest, Marksman Hunter, Warrior, and probably can go feral too.
Although I think she only has 1 skill point in druid because she doesn’t want to grow Antlers, Wings… er…
Let’s just say I think her and Malfurion are Poly and have an understanding.

So Anduin uses the light, Tyrande is a hunter who uses the light but Thrall just throws his abilities out because he specced into his warrior tree?

During the shaman class hall thrall is able to use some shaman abilities but I remember seeing somewhere him saying that the elements don’t want to heed his call anymore. I think when he left during legion and went to Outland he gave up shamanism. He is legit a warrior now even talks about a axe being a true warriors weapon.
Anduin is more priest as the novel and looks of this expansion using him as a weapon ect intends to make him go full shadow priest

My guess is that when we think everything is lost he’ll evolve to Super Sayan Green Jesus mode, miraculously regaining his power and saving us all before moonwalking away on top of a lake while shouting “lok’tar ogar” in Metzen’s voice in a complete CGI cinematic.
It’s gonna be glorious.

Except Thrall isnt a hybrid anymore.
He has no powers, hes just a washed up warrior now.
The Horde has no more powerhouses.
Whatever he is, I just hope the inevitable fight with Helya will feature his first axe as a potential drop. Continuity nods are fun
