leveled up a new char. went to thrall, turned in starter quest for TWW, he vanished. there are atleast 20 or more people standing here saying the same thing for them. so were stuck here at Magni’s encampment. Anyone else?

Same here. When I log out and back in the quest giver briefly appears with a “?” and then disappears. When i take another 70 alt. then do not automatically get the War Within starting quest till I port to Origmarr but then Silithus quest giver disappears again.
I was able to log out where he was, log back in and click him really quick and hit skip before he dissapeared again. so now im atleast in Dornogal.

Log out and Log back in right where Thrall is supposed to be standing and talk to him as fast as you can
Maybe Thrall decided to log off?
