Can we get thrall to start playing his main again.
We need a strong shaman hero again. Let him rekindle his power as the world shaman and put that alt warrior up.

Thrall was a bad Shaman.
-
First off he wore plate, cloth, or leather gear… never mail.

Second he only ever equipped a single one hand mace… never had anything in his offhand.

Third he was a terrible raider in both Dragonsoul and Siege of Orgrimmar. Dragonsoul he didn’t do any damage until the the boss was under 2% health. In Siege he charged in by himself ahead of the raid - got wrecked then sat out the rest of the fight.
In short - he was never that good of a shaman.

He was the world shaman.
Also you didnt ever loot his armor so it all could have been mail with different textures.
He used the true power of doom hammer sounded it like a two hander.
He was great and needs to come back as we need a shaman hero.

It irritated me that when we got Doomhammer it was a 1 hander.

Wait… the main character of metzen is a Orc Shaman?
He wore Orgrim Doomhammer’s armor - Doomhammer being a Warrior would have been plate unless you want to say the Doomhammer was doing it wrong instead- during Cata all I could see was a cloth hoodie with sandals- but if you want to say that’s mail that on you.
During Legion - when the Shaman character gets the Doomhammer and draws out the offhand elemental weapon - Thrall himself remarks that is the true power of the doomhammer he was never able to draw out.
I could go on. I love Thrall as a lore character - but as an actual shaman in game - hes not that great.

With Varian gone yeah.
Thrall was the most powerful shaman in game. Ogrim was dumb most of his armor has mail look alike. So ya easily could have been mail.
Pally teir 2 is a dress that looks like cloth but is plate. Warlocks have sets that look like plate but is cloth.
Thrall says that the pc has it’s TRUE power to make them feel good.
But in reality the pc couldnt handle using both hands on it to become a true world shaman so then the the elements where like uh here take this off hand so you can look kinda cool.

So your saying that Thrall is a liar… not sure that makes it better.
Additionally - Thrall lost to Garrosh twice and the third time only won because he basically cheated - which led to him losing his elemental connection in the first place.

Thrall “lost” to Garrosh in SoO because the elements where corrupted and he had the power of an old god assisting him.
He “lost” the powers because it’s in his feelings. He has to get over what he did to use them again. As he needs to, we need his power in the shadowlands.

You mean the one that ended in a draw, with Thrall telling Garrosh we will settle this later? And later they did in Nagrand. Where he put that warrior down.

Thrall went demon hunter we are to good.
The one where Thrall was kneeling on the ground, and Garrosh was standing looking down at thrall before another wave of scourge attacked interrupting that fight… yes that one.

I guess you forget be gets hit by a chain lighting while thrall is kneeling right after the guy talks. It was a draw.

As you can see from the two different vids that the attacks aren’t exactly scripted all that well, but the end of the fight the same. Thrall on his knees, Garrosh standing looking down on him about to continue trash talking.
If you want to somehow call that a draw… thats on you.

Blizzard calls it a draw. The stories to describe those events more call it a draw.
