Currently leveling up an orc warrior and just got to the moment where you meet durotan and ride to the where your camp is. Now for some this is just a random by gone moment, but for me and others who know atleast some of the lore, know that durotan is thralls father and they just met in person for the first time in wow history, or atleast to my knowledge. Sadly because of the faster leveling progress, i probably wont be able to go through the draenor questline for now, so can someone tell me if Thrall ever reveals that he is durotans son to him, and does he actually even know that durotan is his father?

Not that I recall. I honestly don’t remember them doing much w/ that storyline.
I believe they met in one of the books. Thrall got sent back in time and met his parents (and himself) shortly before they died.

It’s an alternate universe, so this one isn’t his father, obviously. But I don’t think he ever reveals that.

From my knowledge, they do not discuss it. The whole event might even prevent Goel from even being born in this universe.
Technically AU Durotan isn’t his father, just a likeness. Overlord Geya’rah is the child of AU Draka and Durotan, basically making her the AU version of Thrall. I don’t believe if it’s ever revealed she knows Thrall is also the son of MU Durotan.
But yeah, this is why alternative timelines create garbage stories.

Nah, Grom’s AU kid was just as worthless as his MU kid.
Thrall doesn’t reveal that he’s Durotan’s son. He does know that Draka and Durotan are his parents. Draka tells him he should find a wife and settle down. Drek’thar talks trash about him being a Shaman that uses a 2h Mace. That’s really about it… I don’t remember if there’s much in Nagrand.

She also chides him for leaving his wife behind when he tells her he’s married but he came alone to keep her safe.

Actually, I think she mentions it in the Org Horrific Vision, when you meet her in then Valley of Wisdom.
Yes, she calls him the false son of Durotan or something.
As I recall the closest we get to Durotan learning Thrall is his MU son is right before we go after Garrosh, Aggra tells Durotan he’s somewhat of a father figure to Go’el.
Upon accepting the quest “Save Wolf Home” from Durotan in Bladespire Citadel, Durotan says “When you see Draka… tell her that I will be home soon.” It then says “Thrall grins at his father’s words” in the chat, showing that Thrall recognizes Durotan. However, Durotan doesn’t seem to recognize his son. This is likely because, as previously stated, this is a different Durotan who has no son as of yet.
