Ret players typically have 150 IQ, low body fat, advanced degrees and are leaders at Fortune 500 companies.
With that said, we tend to figure it out and make it work as a true alpha would.

2s they are performing ok with a dps partner
3s/shuffle A tier, they will look better after DH,fury,spriest nerfs
Ret is pretty okay tbh. Needs more healer support than last xpac but I think that’s okay.
Crusade build feels like great sustain decent burst but you need a healer for it to feel any good.
Just my 2 cents
The JV build is a good build to play if you do not trust your healer/do not have one
So two good partners for ret nerfed so ret is better

Ret/rogue , Ret/hunter probably be on pair against respective nerf specs.
They are likely not.
Ret/sub is also extremely rare on NA at high levels so this is pretty impossible to rate.
Believe me, ret/rogue, ret/hunter kills a target in a single non-trinket-cc , only throught sustain.
First all-in will burn trinkets and defensives, next cc the match is over.
I’ve played both comps higher than your personal best, I have a very good idea on how they work.
Ret/sub is a non factor as it isn’t played on NA ladder and will likely continue to be underplayed.
Ret/hunter p much always plays around setting up and killing in a window when the target has no trinket, that is not news. That does not mean it will be better than ret/fury or ret/dh.

i already beat at least 10 players better than you, so its means nothing at all.
It means a ret/fury will perform better against fury/dh for example.
