Thoughts on making old elite PvP gear xmogs

Every other content like Mythic raids can be farmed solo eventually, even the mount.

PvP is such a dying mode in this game that blizzard seems reluctant to open up the rewards. A lot of you would probably stop playing if you couldn’t have your special mog :dracthyr_crylaugh: completely killing it :dracthyr_crylaugh:

I’m wearing the one I like  When I’m pleying, I tend to get the ones I like. Weird how the epeen loser stumbles over taste being subjective.

“Because it just is that way so it has to stay that way!”

Yeah, not remotely compelling.

What sets am I missing? I mean for this one, I think there was a matching cloak that was about the size of a napkin a bit higher? I know that BfA S1 & 2 had great looking elite sets but some genuinely atrocious cloaks.

Oh, am I missing those ugly little tabards or something? Yes, my opinion would be swayed if only I had spent the time to get something I would literally never, under any circumstances, wear!

I don’t have most of them! I just don’t have the sickness to have every single day ever even if they’re old and low res :roll_eyes:

It lets blizz off the hook of making new good stuff or improving the rewards. Some people have played this game and this would not only not help them but probably discourage them from playing.

Me, I’d rather we just get more new and better stuff. Old stuff doesn’t interest me.

So no, it does zero good and causes at least a little harm.

I’ve seen Blizzard’s “new stuff” and I don’t particularly care for it. Across the board.

So demand better, not other people’s old res stuff :roll_eyes:

the warrior elite set is peak

I think the community has been “demanding better” since WoD and it really hasn’t panned out.

Either way, it’s not “other people’s” it’s mine. I’m saying that “I literally do not lose anything if someone goes back and gets this set.” Who cares?

Not really, though. Premade brackets specifically, sure, ye.

To each their own. I don’t like the helm.

There has been a ton of awesome sets since then  not all of them but lots.

Absolutely crazy idea here… Other people do? Again, bringing back old stuff does nothing positive for people who have been playing this game and let’s blizz off the hook.

Bad ideas will be bad.

Many people do. It’s a nice little nod to “hey that player did X at Y” like the MoP CM sets, the WoD CM weapons and the Legion Artefact mage tower skins.

Yes you’ll have adults acting like petulant children crying that their mother wouldn’t let them eat sweets consistently carrying on about it on the forums but they are best ignored imo.

It also costs nothing to people who have been playing this game. And frankly, most people who have been playing this game don’t have Elite sets anyway.

I think only a minority do. I’ve yet to come across someone in game who is this protective over their stuff.

Frankly, if they want to show off, they can go get the new Elite sets, etc.

I’ll be honest (since I have MT Artifacts too), I don’t really NOTICE when people are using their MT appearances. Some guy getting an appearance he wants is far more positive for him than me losing my “I played Legion” pin is negative for me.

No, I’m all for them being still available, but you need to put effort into getting it…

Warrior set from this tier on elves makes them look like a 90s transformer toy IMO. Somethin aint right about it. I think its the helm and boots
