Can someone who is Horde, who has bought the Thorium Widget Schematic confirm that Sovik, in Org, in the Valley of Honor sells this?

I’m level 267 Engineering, but haven’t seen him sell it yet.
He must sell it in small supply.

This is correct. He only sells 1 at a time and I’m not sure what the timer for it is.

Also, many vendors of limited crafting recipes (such as Qia in Everlook) are being botted 24/7 and Blizzard are refusing to deal with it, so you may have a long time to wait if the recipe you’re after is one of those which are very desirable.
