This week's sod patch notes are a complete joke

So in a full week’s worth of time, the entire SoD team can manage to change… two general things, two very minor tweaks for hunter, and three very minor tweaks to one mage skill.

What is the team even doing? A single person could have done these changes in under an hour, and we have a full team giving us this pittance for a full week’s updates.

Multiple classes still have absolutely absurd runes and balance issues.

Multiple classes(probably all, really) have some completely useless runes.

Gnomeregan raid still has multiple bugs and massive grievances that have been happening since day one, such as getting stuck in combat, having to reload for buttons, and zero grace time on the final boss spawn.

Is it too much to ask to have at least one person on the team working on the game mode and be able to make reasonable progress in a reasonable time frame? The best source of information(unironcally Aggrend’s twitter, lol) hasn’t even been posting in over a week except for a post today about… of all things, Blizzard campus corgi races. Really? How about working on the game?

Bro they just laid off 90 something percent of blizz peeps. Relax, sod is just a money grab. Enjoy it for what it is.

Yes they are very bad at class balance and hopefully understand what a bad job they are doing so that they can start doing a better job going forward.

Fingers crossed I guess but, as a primarily pvp player, I’ve abandoned faith in the SoD devs already.

If you have had faith in anything blizzard for the last decade or more, you need to snap out of it.

Not like they’ve had over 20 years of experience doing exactly that.

they were doing company wide infrastructure work on servers we were lucky we got anything

They don’t know what classic wow is thus they can’t improve the game

They kicked out all the talent when they cleared out the ‘toxicity”
