But did they? Nope. Instead we are flying down the dumb tunnel and all the way across the zone to do the ONE new event. Every other zone in this expansion has a portal or direct access from Dorn.

I got a portal from dawnbreaker s1 so its easy to port. The portals are big QoL.

Lore reasons. Every time someone tries to make a portal in Hallowfall, they get murdered.

I definitely laughed.

And to address others, yeah, I have eng on a lot of my chars too, but not all, and I don’t really do M+ so I don’t have a dungeon portal (isn’t the CD huge on these too?).

I just thought it odd, either take the hole down to RD (or one of the two portals out on the island) or take the portal to spider-town, or take the portal to UM, or fly a really long way to Hallowfall.
