Yea that’s right. Get outta here if you a rich fat cat who was able to buy it! This thread is only for us poor wow peasants who were too poor and either too lazy, didn’t exploit wod farming, too time restricted or simply didn’t know how to farm the requisite gold to get it in time.
Misery loves company!

Who needs the Quickie-mar… er. Brutosaur. It was ugly any way.

I made well over 12 million gold this expac… I don’t want the Brutosaur as I rarely ever use the AH.
Does it count if you didn’t even bother trying because you figured it was over priced, and over hyped?
I mean, that and my normal gold amount sits at about 50K

Nah no misery here, would rather pocket the gold!
I’m too cheap to even buy the 10k Alliance horses, despite having over a million gold. 5 million for anything is so far beyond my range it’s not even a thought.

Yeah idk why anyone wants it really, if I had 5 million I’d save up for a TCG mount lol!

I contributed to several, but the ginormous mounts never appealed to me at all. Only got the mammoths for the vendors.
I’m happy with just riding my Blonde Yak.
I didn’t care enough to farm for it.
Still don’t. I spend so little time on the AH that the xmog Yak is infinitely more useful to me, and already too big. Not a fan of the big obnoxious mounts, and that’s all it is outside the AH NPC.

I thought about this for a while and to part with the gold and time it takes to get it, it’s not even really worth it aside from the bragging rites that you have something that was difficult to get and a feat of strength achieve. But really, is anyone really going to care?
The only other advantages, it’s got a portable AH…and it’s large.
When you think about it, the convenience of having an AH on call isn’t really a biggie, considering you’ll find yourself in a city with an AH at some point during your play session. Unless you’re a completionist or really care about that sort of thing, 5 mil and time isn’t worth it.

I have enough IRL money to buy it multiple times over but I just don’t care.
tbh that mount seems more of a curse than a gift. Getting it for 5M is just the beginning. What follows is an insane amount of play time needed to net positive off owning one.
Folks swimmin’ in 5m+ gold and I’m waddling in my 70k across all characters.

I have no interest in getting the mount. and I won’t be getting enough gold either way to purchase Shadowlands as I’d like so. Yea.
WOD gold farming was overrated. Legion was more lucrative.
Meh. Never use the AH anyways, so the vendor would of been useless. Grand expedition yak is priceless
. Transmog ftw!

I think that the brutosaur is a ridiculous mount that me as someone new to here thinks is insane.
WoW literally lets you ride deathwing and yet people value this derpy dinosaur. I will never understand you people.
I would’ve gotten it eventually, like I did with the mammoth and yak. But Blizzard arbitrarily decided it shouldn’t exist like the others. So I just stopped caring.

Honestly I’d be more interested in a Brutosaur mount that was just the Brutosaur. Or one of those T-Rex ones. Tool them up so its like being Questar or Krulos on DinoRiders when you use them.
The likelihood is that anyone who’s bought the mount can easily make the gold back faster than you’d think. If you know how to play the AH or sell carries, 5 million gold comes and goes rather easily.
