I got the survey too and was told the quota had been reached. So, I got screwed out of giving my opinion as well. Next time, Blizzard should not use “anonymous” surveys. Surveys should be tied to account. This would avoid the potential abuse of giving out the survey link for anyone to take it (as in only registered and active accounts qualify).
