I’m a returning player and was trying to log into my old characters to get the free gear upgrade. It pops up a warning to get the gear upgrade, you have to log into the realm the character is on. so, I look and I am on the right server and so i hit log in. I didn’t get the gear even though I was on that realm lol. It shouldn’t surprise me their game is messed up. this was a waste of money buying this game.
You have to go in and pick that realm to get it to work. You can’t do it from the campfire scene.
