Issue still present, workarounds do work though, no recipes besides Night’s Dichotomy present at vendor.
Not on this toon, the tailor toon I have, the quest “The Final Lesson” is having the same issues. I tried all the usual techniques, and it’s not working. I can’t see the patterns appearing in a “Training” section as they used to. So, I can’t click on the patterns to create the temporary patterns. They’re simply not on the list. The "/run PickupSpell(######) " method isn’t working either. Yes, the quest will need the patterns to be there to run them once the materials are in your bag. I can see I am able to pick up all the materials in my bag. However, when I exit and re-enter the room; I keep getting notifications that I’m relearning the patterns! With the tailor skill UI open, the patterns are never showing up… even just for a second. I don’t know of any /run command that can work around that.

Confirming the bug still exists. Was working on Tailoring “The Final Lesson”? Workaround worked (had to lookup the prereqs + the final product for the run commands).

I’ve tried to complete one of the tailoring quests for legion several times this week on one of my alts. Always the same problem. It shows I learned the robe patterns for the quest, but when I open my pattern book to create said patterns, they are not there. I have already put in a bug report via the game. I did see a post on there that said leatherworking was having the same issue.
I should probably note that my alt is on the Advanced Needlework part of the quest chain.
I did /run PickupSpell(186738) and it gave me a button to add to my action bar. I had to regather the mats (even though they were already in my inv.) but once I did and pressed the button it worked.
Stil, shouldn’t have to do this workaround.
The /Run PickupSpell works, one thing I’ve noted on my Lvl 20 Mage is that even though you are able to finished the quest with this work around, and the completion indicates you are rewarded with new patterns they aren’t actually being added to you list of patterns.
For my tailor, the /run worked to give me a new tailoring icon for my action bar, however, I get the error "Missing Reagent: Silkweave Bracer: Outer Layer. I abandoned and reacquired the quest and went through it again. Still have that error message using the /run spell for tailoring. So now my tailor is stuck and unable to progress in Legion Tailoring. Apparently it’s a known bug without a resolution in sight, sigh.

I ran into one problem. I needed the spellcode for the basic silkweave robe. Through trial and error I found it.
/run PickupSpell(186799)
Is there some place where these codes are indexed??

If you search a crafted item on Wowhead, the spell to make it will have the needed spell ID in its URL. For example if you search up your Basic Silkweave Robe the URL is
https://www.wowhead.com/spell=186799/basic-silkweave-robeNote there is a page for both the item and the spell to make it so you need the spell.

Im having issue as well. I have recipe. I have reagents. I click on tanithrias finishing table. Brings up the ui i can make it though because it says im missing a rewuirnment to mskr the recipe. The table is what it is showing me i am missing and that is what i am lolking the ui theough

first comment. Type in “/run PickupSpell(186738)”, it will attach an icon to your mouse. Put that icon into an empty spot on your action bar and use that to make the item. Pretty sure all the Legion training recipes are bugged on the new Tailoring craft window, but I think all the quests have workarounds in the comments. Good luck.
