This just in: Warcraft about to shift from an MMO to a Farming Simulator

When WoW is no longer about faction wars, Farm Simulators will take MMO’s place. Which tells me that i am done with Retail WoW.

I been farming mounts, items and even some people for many years now, what you mean its just now a farm simulator. Where you been man?

The moment that hooked me on MMOs was discovering I could shear sheep in Ultima Online.

FWIW BC legendaries have much better drop rates than the mounts.

It hasn’t been for a long time.

It’s only really been that in 2, maybe 3 expansions lmao

even WC3 isn’t about faction wars

It’s still less than 10x. You do realize 10x 1% is 10% right?

Only mounts with a <0.5% drop rate will benefit. Most mounts don’t have that low a drop rate. Even Invincible has a 0.77% drop rate.

1 in 20 is significantly better than 1 in 100

This is why Blizzard doesnt like to do events and things for the community

All mounts below 5% drop chance benefit.

Not as much as from a 10x boost.

Invincible has a 0.77% drop rate. 10x is 7.7%.

That’s more than a flat 5% or 5.77% if it’s added to the current drop rate.

They advertised a 10x boost. Now at the last minute it’s reduced to a flat 5% …

Every mythic dungeon mount is 0.5% huh?? Well I put your theory to test and checked only 1 mount “Cartel Master’s Gearglider” and the drop rate is setting at 2%. Again when you find 1 mount from a raid or dungeon setting at 0.5% lmk. I maybe wrong, but I doubt it.

Underrot Crawg
Sharkbait
Mummified Raptor

I’m very certain the 0.5% estimate was tossed around a lot in BFA.

.16% on wowhead.

And how are you filtering wowhead % to show mythic-only.

Going to the boss, setting difficulty to M, and THEN scrolling down to the mount that says 0.4%?

Or going to the Contained In tab, and looking at the challenger’s cache that’s confused between .7% with a very small sample size or .6% with a much larger size?

Naw you just looked at the overall which includes all the normal mode levelers.

Now all they need to do is put a portal to the Deathwing fight that allows you to skip the whole Deathwing’s back scenario.

Your database is old, according to Google AI the drop rate is now 1% to 3%.

Google is probably reading the drop rate from the mythic plus cache in dragonflight.

All of those mythic zero mounts have an increased drop chance from the mythic plus cache (when they were mythic plus dungeons).

For example, the Corsair mount token from last boss of second wing of dawn of the infinite had a 6% drop chance from mythic plus cache and a 1% drop rate from the mythic zero boss.

Imagine being so AI brained that you think Google AI is better than WOWHead for WoW data.

Also I just asked Google AI “What is the drop rate of Underrot Crawg Harness?”
It said this:

  • 0.4%: This is stated by multiple boosting service providers, suggesting a very low drop chance.
  • 0.5%: According to a Reddit user who farmed the mount extensively, the drop rate seems to be around 0.5%.
  • 1-3%: Another source suggests the drop rate is in the 1-3% range, though emphasizes that it’s still very rare.

In summary: The Underrot Crawg Harness is a rare mount drop, with the drop rate likely falling in the 0.4%-0.5% range.

Soooo. Is the “Another Source” more valid than WoWHead, reddit, and boosting services?

Where exactly do you think AI pulls data from? Websites. Websites like WoWHead.
When you ask AI a question it literally says Searching / Searching the Web. The number 1 resource that is pulled up first through SEO? Probably the most accurate.

Okay this mount drop rate is less than 1%, it’s 1 off mount and very few mounts are sub 1% which means that the vast majority of mounts will benefit from the 10x buff unlike what OP is trying to convey.

I will be enjoying the buff, you can sit this one out if you like.

No, it’s just low, period.

An additional 5% on top of the 1% for some of these mounts is a glorious 6%

Which means you have a 94% chance of not getting the item you’re clearing the raid for.

If you think 6% is MASSIVE then you really don’t know the definition of the word.
