Well. Technically a lot can happen in 15years. From individual to generations. So. Yes. In a loosely theme. Yes, it could be used.

I would say “Yes” and in more of the expac sense. This hasn’t been your dad’s WoW since Cataclysm.
You’d have had to become a father between 2004 and 2006. If you were both a new father and a wow player during that time the child has probably been taken by Social Services. You probably realized the child had been taken after Cataclysm

Yes, I’ve been playing since may daughter was 6 months old in 2004, and now she plays as well.

Yes, I’ve seen several such threads.
Also, I’ve seen this directly with threads about Classic (which makes even more sense.) Since that basically IS Your Dad’s Wow

I have been playing WoW since my oldest was 10 (and I was a single dad). I didn’t play much, but with tethering, I could get an hour or 2 in during softball/baseball/soccer/football/basketball practice on the sidelines/bench/car.
I did it while working fulltime, traveling 3 hours a day for work and going to school at least 1/2 time.
In BC my kids would take turns running my healer while I tanked for the small guild I helped to create.

Seen it evolve from when I was starting my teens and finally decide to play now. 
Something like that. Millennials are daddys with WoW playing kids right? Xfer babies must be just trying to walk and go bathroom on their own, no? I dunno ages or generation groupings. Not really important…gamers are gamers.
