As rude, assertive or cruel as this sounds, it’s the truth. It’s just how the current system is designed. No different than the kick system. I can kick you for any reason I want whether its your class, race, ethnicity, where you come from, transmog or anything else. It may not be moral but it’s “legal”.
Just like someone can legally stand on the sidewalk in front of my house and video tape my kids playing in my yard. Perfectly legal even if normal people think “wow, that’s creepy”.
People in life will do things just because they can.
