You’ve gotta be kidding me… THIS is our content that’s supposed to last us until the next expansion? Really?
The first couple of days doing the dailies and questlines n stuff was totally fine. I had a pretty good time. Now I’m on my third day of doing dailies in the Vale and Uldum and I’m very unimpressed. The lesser visions are really lacking any kind of interesting things to do. Legit the only thing that’s remotely fun would be the horrific visions throughout this entire patch outside the raid of course.
I am on day three and I’m already bored out of my mind with playing WoW again. I’m sorry but this is just really sad and unacceptable for a last patch.
It’ll be a lot more fun once you get the hang of the systems and realize how little of it you really have to do to keep up, and even better when the new season hits tuesday and you actually have the new content to play with.
Unfortunately the direction this expansion went with all the bandaids. Yeah this is bare bones low budget content that all cycles into each other. Just give it some more time and it’ll be as empty as Mechagon and Naz’jatar are now after most people got flying and got their butts outta there lol. All attention is on Shadowlands. Ion even said lol.
You don’t pay much attention to the forums if you think people don’t do research before posting. I’ve had to repeat the fact that they aren’t behind for failing a vessel at least 8 times just today.
We got a taste of it. The rest is coming. At first I thought the same thing… but then I remembered that pvp season and mythics are coming up and I am a happy fat Kul Tiran again.
Do a raid outside of LFR. Those at higher difficulty are certainly content. The same dungeons are also going to have a different metric with the new affix, something you’d experience if you did m+.
So again, what’s the point of complaining about a lack of content if you don’t do what’s provided?
No offense, I get the circle that happens in anger on the forums - but I don’t get what the fun is in doing the same thing on alts. That’s not really ‘‘content’’ a patch should have.
People whine all 8.2 that “Alts were being left behind”. Now Blizzard designs content in a way to give you downtime to play them, and people still aren’t happy.
I mean, you could do the thing to get the drone mount, or level one of the new races but yeah, that’s it pretty much.
Is not so much that is “little” content, is just that is meh content. People survived 11 months of ICC with just that, ICC, and Ruby Sanctum arriving much later.
But that’s not the argument here. OP just doesn’t see much longevity in the content provided. Sure there is downtime, but that’s not an argument you should use to explain the cyclical nature of this content that obviously is bare bones at best past the actual horrific vision.
