TWO races with a sexy soothing brittish accent with worgen and velfs, and velfs were even supposed to be a horde race before!

Where did you hear that? Hell there wasn’t even a void elf race in all of Legion. It was forced in at the very end when Blizzard finally noticed that they did zero ground work on the Alliance Legion allied races.
Velfs are former Belfs. Why do they get a sexy accent and our belfs don’t? I know belfs are inferior in every way but did that have to go to the accent/voice too?

To be fair, some of them are the worst Scottish accents since Mel Blanc forced the animators in the Looney Tunes cartoons to draw a Scottish Terrier spitting every time he rolled his Rs, but that’s pretty true.
