Where do I mass farm manapearls so that I can get my BiS bracers for the raid socketed? i’ve spent what felt like hundreds now of pearls trying to fish (haha) for the frost dot bracers socketed and havent gotten them yet.
I think the only way to get manapearls is to just do the quests, my dude.

you have to no life rare farm.
If you really want to you can do the quest on alts, the stuff you buy with the pearls is BoA so run thu with your alts, mail the gear tokens and pray really. the first time you get thru the story you can get about 80-100 of em.
I’d love the crit boots but I’m too lazy for that, ahah.
This is BFA. There is no BIS finish line anymore. Accept life on the gear hampster wheel if you want to play retail

Nah, a few of the benthic pieces socketed are BiS even against TF mythic raid pieces for some classes so he’s actually correct unless they get a nerf.

Sockets are random, what do you expect, the Benthic gear is random. Wanting the correct benthic gear plus the socket is like wanting to hit jackpot at the casino, lul.
It’s obvious how the system works, nothing to feel bad about. Try to maybe have some self control.

If you did your dailies and killed your rares then go kill Lost Algans, they each have a chance to drop Benthic gear and Pearls.
I got a socket on the 420 ring I made, from the mechagon pattern dude bot guy.
I’ve not gotten a single socket on benthic stuff, nor the extras from stuff, nor on the ones I mailed my Hunter and she used, so just forgot that you can and went for it.
Ain’t nobody got time for that.f
I’m going to max what I have, THEN try for pieces with 5/more WQ drops/whatever and THEN build them up to replace if they have a socket. We have to play this content for another year, or something, anyway.

I’ve come to the conclusion that these guys either have an extremely small drop chance for pearls, or you can only loot pearls from them once a day. I have spent the last 2 hours farming them (And farming a ton of herbs) and they only dropped pearls one time. I’ve killed at least 100 of them in the 2 hours I’ve spent flying around their spawn locations. Maybe they were dropping a bunch before, Blizzard must have put in a hotfix on them. All I’m getting now are gray trash items.
