Some people still play this game 18 hours a day and one trick the same spec, you have linked one such individual. Also, even though you can bot enhance damage in arena it wouldn’t land the pressure that a spec like Ele or Sp can provide due to the damage profile favouring random one shots over spread pressure cleave.
