I have to agree with you 100%. If Blizzard wants to spend their energy cleaning up toxic elements in their game, they should focus on their players and develop a system to remove the toxicity in the game.
Might I mention that Korialstrasz is the consort of Alexstraza. Are they going to change this as well? 
I am sad that the game has come to this. But I guess in this day and age, this type of overreaction is to be expected. RIP WoW.
