Ythisens said Blizzard had nothing to do with that. Do you think that Blizzard contacted Youtube and told them “Remove hundreds of thousands of downvotes, surely no one will notice and it will be a great boon to our reputation!”
The only alternative I can think that motivated it was a higher up at youtube owning a ton of Activision stock.
