1st thing that comes to mind is the Nimbus Cloud (Kinto’un) mount from Dragon Ball. But Monks have something like that already, but it is as slow as a snail.

Really weird that people are pointing to the disc mounts when it’s quite clear you want purely a cloud.

Play FF14. They have some.
You have to go slow or the wind tears that unsupported cloud to shreds.
