I’m saying my own personal experience with the game. Just because your experience is different doesn’t mean I’m “trolling”. More of what I was looking for was if people were having the same experience or if it was only the group of people I hang out with (maybe it’s time I quit the game for good if so).
okay bye
I this case, I think it’s because people can’t offer advice when you posted on your classic character since no one can see what you have or haven’t done. I wouldn’t worry about it.
At the first of every month my server’s Stormwind almost crashes because of the sheer amount of people crowding around the Trader’s Post.
Your friends didn’t realize that there is a huge gap in effectiveness between ilvl 411 and ilvl 424 most of the time. The only difference is that it isn’t as big of a treadmill anymore.
A lot of the people in LFG were just looking to cap their conquest or gear their character for the week. A lot of people who are seriously looking to push rating are either recruiting from a guild, or using PVP communities to find players with. It is incredibly difficult and a slog to push rating with PUGs from LFG.
Most of the people just looking to farm conq to get their gear and have fun in BGs are just doing solo shuffle. Despite DPS queues being long it is still a more efficient way to get conquest. That’s what most players care about. Most players do not care about pushing rating.
That is bound to happen if you dont power level by playing the game…
or make new friends?
What a wonderful post by this classic alt!
Maybe it’s your server because I see a lot of players running around in mine. Cant do a WQ without another player by me.
I agree with most of this. My friends quit because they came back after they uncapped conquest so they got full conquest gear, realized rating didn’t matter for ilevel, and quit. When I asked them why they quit they just said, “They ruined PvP, the progression is gone”. They too only really grinded to cap conquest and once it was capped they quit.
Maybe I’m the one that’s see the major shift downwards in player base because of the players I tend to play with; this post more or less confirms that. Maybe Dragonflight just isn’t for players like me
Don’t let these people get to you. If you’d posted on your main, they just would have sifted through that profile to find ways to insult you. Because that’s what these “people” are.
Yeah tbh I’m getting the feeling that the toxicity across all Blizzard platforms has permeated the forums as well. It’s like sorry I didn’t check and make 100% sure the character I was posting on before I posted on the forums I rarely visit anymore I didn’t realize I needed an identification card to post here
Valdrakken looks like Times Square on New Year’s Eve. Not sure where you’ve been hanging out.
Community feast had about 6 people doing it last night.
Cool story, brah.
This is the kind of thing I’m currently experiencing. What used to have an alive world is now empty. Also I’m curious how many players people are seeing from their own realms when they’re out in the world because it’s not hard to make the game look alive when the entire region is on the same shard. You really don’t need more than a couple hundred people to make the game look “alive”.
Doing DBK and there are under 10 of us. It is fairly obvious people are raid logging until 10.0.7, it is standard stuff.
idk there’s so many people on sargeras and a52. valdrakken is packed
Well you are always free to just move on to another game, I am sure you can find one or two out there.
That’s not saying much, haha.
True. But it beats the alternative. I’ve been enjoying the game and that was something I NEVER said during SL.
